How much are the Classes?
Adapted Tai Chi - £6 a class (45min long)
Pilates - £9 a class (1 hour long)
When are the classes?
Adapted Tai Chi
Mondays 12-1pm - mixed ability
Wednesdays 5.45-6.45pm - mixed ability
Wednesdays 8-9pm - pilates for cyclists
What do I need for the Class?
Adapted Tai Chi - something comfortable and loose to wear and a chair
You will need a mat to exercise on - the pilates mats which are usually 15mm thick are more comfortable than the thinner yoga mats.
This is the link for the ones I bought:
Please have some water and a large towel to use as a cushion available. You will also need to have an exercise band. If you wish to bring it to the hall later please get a latex free one. See link below for example of where to get one. I would suggest that red is suitable for most people for arms and legs.
This is how it looks when I'm teaching on zoom
Normally all classes run either in the small or large hall at Weeke Community Centre, Taplings Road, Weeke, Winchester, SO22 6HG
No classes as the hall at the moment due to coronavirus - see zoom class information above
